UNIC Spider Gives Lift To Operations At Camp Bastion In Afghanistan
Here’s an article from the Ministry of Defence’s Desider magazine about how UNIC mini cranes are being used to carry out repair and maintenance work on Chinook helicopters in Afghanistan and back in the UK. Ten UNIC spider cranes purchased as an Urgent Operational Requirement (UOR) have been providing vital support to the MOD’s Chinook helicopter fleet in Camp Bastion, Afghanistan and RAF Odiham, Hampshire.
