Transform glass lifting from a multi-person operation to a one-man job with the Oscar 600. The Oscar 600 glazing robot is a more compact alternative solution for glass lifting weighing up to 600kg using dual circuit vacuum technology.
With a chassis measuring only 780mm wide and solid rubber wheels, the Oscar 600 can be easily moved through narrow gaps using steering wheel controls for operation in confined working areas. Its six suction pads can be securely fixed to glass, metal and window and door elements.
The Oscar 600’s telescopic lifting arm offers 1445mm of reach (300kg capacity), can be raised and lowered using precision controls and can even lift glass stored on shelves thanks to its articulated joint. This nimble glass lifter also features small stabilizers for added safety when handling heavier loads and an electric side-shift function for moving the device exactly into position when assisting with glazing installation.
