It benefits from compatibility with a wide array of composite panel brands, including Rockspan, Paroc, Isocab, and Kingspan KS1000 series. Thanks to its multi-configurable frame, the Clad-King Intelli-Grip 545 allows for the repositioning of pads to suit different panel ridges and shapes.

Featuring a lifting capacity of up to 545kg and an assisted tilt of 90°, the Clad-King 545 facilitates the swift and secure movement of loads from the stack to the mounting position. This feature ensures a faster and safer installation process, minimising any potential hassle and is further enhanced by the optional radio remote control for precise placement of loads.

* The allowable overhang is the amount of load material that can extend sideways beyond the vacuum pad without breaking or otherwise being damaged. This depends on the load material, its thickness, and the angle of handling. Since every material has different physical properties, the allowable overhang must be evaluated separately for each load type. When lifting insulated metal panels, consult the chart above for allowable overhang recommendations.
