To celebrate the opening of their new state of the art, purpose built premises in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, the GGR Group are opening their doors to the industry for an open day on Friday 14th September 2018.
The event will form part of the grand opening of the new building and will be open to registered visitors from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Visitors will be given the opportunity to take a tour inside the new facility and view a variety of product demonstrations, including GGR’s pioneering lifting equipment, glass vacuum lifters, glazing robots and UNIC mini spider cranes. Other innovative equipment on display will be the newly launched AC500 industrial assembly crane, the new tracked ECO UNIC mini spider crane and the new TC1 tracked carrier. In addition to the site tours and product demonstrations, entertainment and refreshments will be provided to visitors at the site throughout the day.
The new depot is accessible by road and public transport, being situated off the M40 for those travelling by car and less than a ten minute walk from Haddenham and Thame Parkway station, a mere 38 minute train ride away from London Marylebone.
Graeme Riley, CEO of GGR Group, says “As market leaders in the lifting industry it was important to us to build a facility that can support our future growth plans, whilst creating an environment that is attractive to both staff and visitors alike. With everything we do, we set out to achieve the wow factor and our new premises go a long way in helping us to convey that message.
Every year we play host to visitors from across the world, whether it is potential customers, potential employees or the general public. Since we began trading in 1995, we have built a sustainable business around the mantra of ‘innovation not imitation.’ With the scale of these facilities, including dedicated areas for training, conferences and product demonstrations, I feel that our new premises are a true reflection of what GGR Group is all about. We are really looking forward to welcoming customers to the open day in September”.
Visitors to the open day will need to register to ensure they can gain access on the day.
