The GL-UMC 1200 Glazing Manipulator allows users to install glass in difficult-to-reach places easily. Fitted to the UNIC URW-506, the powerful 1200kg capacity robot offers millimeter-precision movements.

Depending on the configuration, the GL-UMC 1200 can lift both flat glass (1200kg or 800kg) and curved glass (1000kg, min radius 2m) and manipulate it into position, with ±60° tilt, ±40° slewing and 360° continuous rotation, all controlled via radio remote control.

The GL-UMC 1200’s capacity and versatility make it ideal for canopy glazing, retrofit work, and more. The independent power system and safety features, including audio-visual low vacuum warnings, make it one of the most advanced products in the range.

It comes with a spare battery for longer life/usage with an offboard battery charger (not onboard).
