The Libro 1000D is a compact, battery-powered overhang beam designed for lifting operations where loads need to be installed beneath overhangs or recessed façades. Featuring a maximum lifting capacity of up to 1000kg, the Libro 1000D provides robust performance for curtain wall installation and other façade glazing applications.
Equipped with an innovative rack and pinion counterweight saddle, the Libro 1000D enables precise balance control, allowing operators to safely and efficiently shift the load centre during lifting operations. The counterweight saddle is fully adjustable via a radio remote control, allowing the operator to maintain full control over balance positioning without manual intervention.
Typically used with mini spider cranes, tower cranes and mobile cranes, this compact counterbalance beam enables material installation beneath overhangs of up to 2000mm. Ideal for projects with restricted façade access or limited space for larger lifting equipment, the overhang beam offers a practical and efficient solution for challenging site conditions. The complete system, including counterweights, has a total weight of 1050kg.
The Libro 1000D is powered by a 24V DC rechargeable battery, with a 110V charging unit included as standard, ensuring continuous reliable operation.
