The Ganterud L50-HD is a heavy-duty levelling yoke engineered for the precise lifting, levelling and controlled rotation of loads weighing up to 50 tonnes. Developed for demanding industrial applications, it combines exceptional capacity, robust construction and radio-controlled operation to simplify the handling of heavy steel structures, machinery, modules and infrastructure components.
With the ability to manage load imbalances of almost 15 tonnes, the L50-HD provides the strength and control required for complex lifts where weight is unevenly distributed. Loads can be levelled accurately at the push of a button, helping operators achieve the correct orientation while reducing the need for manual intervention around suspended loads.
A reversible chain provides a maximum levelling length of 3 metres per hook, with 6 metres of chain in total and an adjustable length to suit different lifting arrangements. Combined with a maximum chain angle of 60°, this gives the L50-HD the flexibility needed to level and rotate large components across a wide range of heavy-duty applications.
The intuitive radio remote control allows the operator to manage the yoke from up to 100 metres away with an unobstructed view. Its IP67-rated handheld controller supports safer working while improving positioning accuracy, reducing costly crane time and minimising delays during lifting and installation operations.
Built for challenging environments, the Ganterud L50-HD operates in temperatures from -20°C to +40°C. Its IP65-rated electrical system provides protection against dust and water, while the durable casing is easy to clean and requires minimal maintenance. Electrically powered and CE marked, the L50-HD offers a reliable, efficient solution for demanding lifting operations in factories, shipyards, construction sites and major infrastructure projects.
