1. Electric and Manual Power: Over 89% of our entire fleet is powered by electric/battery or manually operated systems. By reducing reliance on fossil fuels, we’re actively contributing to cleaner air and a healthier environment.
2. Green D+ HVO Fuel: Since 2021, we’ve introduced responsibly sourced Green D+ HVO fuel to our fleet and we now have over 80 machines running on this eco-friendly alternative. This move proves our commitment to seeking innovative solutions to reduce emissions.
3. Battery-Powered Overhang Beams: After 20+ years since we launched our first overhang beam, we now provide a full range of battery-powered options, from 250kg to 20,000kg capacity.
4. Hybrid Power: More than half of our spider cranes are equipped with hybrid power capabilities, allowing them to operate using mains power. This versatility not only reduces fuel consumption but also lowers noise pollution in urban environments.
5. Battery-Powered Glazing Robots: Our entire glazing robot range is powered by batteries, eliminating the need for fossil fuels during operation and contributing to a cleaner, greener future for construction projects.
6. Battery-Powered Pick & Carry Cranes: Since 2009, we’ve been offering battery-powered Pick & Carry Cranes, with over 60 units available in our hire fleet. These cranes provide efficient lifting solutions without emitting harmful emissions, ideal for indoor and outdoor applications.
7. Battery-Powered Vacuum Lifters: As innovators in sustainable lifting, we supply over 650 100% battery-powered vacuum lifters. These devices offer a safe and eco-friendly way to handle loads, further reducing our carbon footprint.
8. Award-Winning Glazing Robots: Just three years after first opening we created our own award-winning electric glazing robots in 1998. GGR has been pioneering innovative and green technology for over 2 decades and we continue to deliver modern and sustainable machines to the forefront of the market.
