GGR Group has appointed Knutsen Maskin AS as the exclusive Norwegian dealer of our Unic mini spider cranes and Arnab Kran & Lift AB as our official distributor in Sweden.

Knutsen Maskin AS has been operating since 1947 and has an established history in providing plant equipment, spare parts and repair services. They are based in Jessheim, near Oslo, and Managing Director Thor Nordahl will be overseeing the distribution of Unic mini cranes to the entire Norwegian market.  Sweden’s new official Unic cranes dealer, Kungaelv based Arnab Kran & Lift (a division of Knutsen Maskin AS) is headed up by Managing Director Martin Andersson. Both companies are also official Tadano FAUN crane dealers.

Knutsen Maskin AS has purchased a mid capacity Unic URW-295 as the first mini spider crane in their hire fleet, whilst Arnab Kran & Lift sold both the smallest mini crane in the range, the Unic URW-094 model, and the 6 tonne capacity Unic URW-706 to Aros Mobilkranar AB within just two weeks.

Aros Mobilkranar AB’s new Unic URW-706 mini crane has already been making an impression in Västerås, Sweden, as it has been placed on the roof of their City Hall. Lifted into position by a 250 tonne mobile crane, this spider crane will be working 65 metres from the ground on the tower building for at least two months to replace façade panels on the structure.
