A UNIC mini spider crane hired from GGR Group has helped build the theatre set for a production of Peter Pan in Regent’s Park, London.

The 0.995 tonne capacity UNIC URW-095 model was used to install the stage framework and scenery at the open air theatre.

In preparation for the show’s opening night, the UNIC mini crane installed 4m steel trusses, each weighing 100kg to construct the stage. The mini crane was easily moved around the stage into various set up positions, making quick work of the installation at the 1,250 seat venue.   There was no sign of the lost boys or any pirates to slow down the work!
