The CLEO is a ‘collapsible lift entry operation’ robot for re-glazing and repair work, ideal for when all fit out work is completed or a building is occupied.
This compact installation robot measures only 600mm wide and comes with a collapsible lifting arm and folding outriggers, making it easy to transport through a standard elevator or doorway.
The CLEO has a unique patented head that allows glass, curtain walling and other unitized glazing panels to be pushed outside of the building envelope, realigned and pulled back into position ready for fixing. The hydraulic head delivers precise movement to glass is positioned at the correct angle.
The CLEO can lift glazing units weighing up to 500kg, has a maximum working radius of 3m and an overall 4m reach from floor to pad face.
Glass is lifted safely into position thanks to two independent vacuum systems, each with vacuum gauge, reserve tank, non-return valve and audio-visual low pressure alert for added safety.
